To me that video is hilarious, because you’d have to be dain bramaged not to know you were being watched and possibly filmed by security cameras. Just because you don’t see security cameras in that particular parking lot doesn’t mean they’re not somewhere else nearby. Imagine getting arrested for that, and it ends up in the news, and you get fired from your job.
It was easier to do decades ago when there wasn’t so much surveillance. I’ve jerked off and had sex in some public places, but never with that much exposure to people.
