San Francisco: Bojangles (1975-76); Mineshaft (1975-1976); Bones (1977); I-Beam ('77-79); The Stud, and maybe the Trocadero Transfer.
New Haven: Partners
New York: Paradise Garage, The Ice Palace, Sanctuary
Boston: The Other Side (1971-73); Boston, Boston ('73-75); 1270 (1973)
