Megyn Kelly rips Dr. Ablow's transphobic column

As you all know, "Dr" Keith Ablow is a homophobic & transphobic pyschiatrist who works as a "medical correspondent" for Fox News. When he is not psychoanalyzing President Obama or Hollywood celebrities or Casey Anthony, he spends his time writing homophobic columns, equating homosexuality to pedophilia and being trapped in prison. He hasn't written a column praising reparative therapy, but that might be coming next.

"Dr" Ablow especially enjoys dishing out hate for transgendered people, especially Chaz Bono. He wrote a homophobic column a couple weeks ago urging parents to boycott "Dancing with the Stars" because their children might see Chaz on television & decide that they too, are transgendered.

Megyn Kelly, a Fox News host, did a good job criticizing "Dr" Ablow.

Considering some of the video bits I've seen on Megyn Kelly before, I was really surprised by this video. Wow, she really was on the right side of this one and did a great job taking down this quack doctor. How is this man a doctor of psychiatry? He sounds like an idiot. "I don't have any evidence... I don't have any proof... but I'm saying this is going to happen to your children!"

Would have liked to have seen Good Ol' Shep take a swing at "Dr." Ablow too.

Color me shocked...

Megyn Kelly really HAS changed the past few weeks.

The "good doctor" acts as if watching children Bono dancing on TV might help them realize that they are transgender persons themselves ( preposterous, anyway) is akin to them deciding they might become mass murderers.

He tips his hand by coming right out and saying being part of the GLBT community is something to be avoided at all costs.

And Megyn calls his bullshit at every turn.

Go figure.

SOmetimes when these people in the industry get comfortable that they wont be fired for not towing the line they start to develop a sense of fair and honest journalism....

Of course I have no proof of that.....

Every now and then he starts to make sense, then blows it.

She was superb.

But the big thing that struck me is that the time slot was just too short to get clarity about things. Without the more lengthy quotes from his statements available elsewhere, this would be more of a "Huh?" bit.

After googling her name, I see she is part of the Fox Propaganda channel.

What is she up to? She just returned to Fox Propaganda after a maternity leave and defends maternity leave. Yet she criticizes benefit and entitlement programs. She calls unemployment benefits socialism.

Just because she criticized Ablow, doesn't make everything better. She's still employed by the Propaganda channel spewing other lies. Once she leaves, denounces Fox and apologizes for the other damage she caused she will get some credibility.

She's a regular host of her own show on Fox
She's a lawyer, has some personality and appears on The O'Reilly Factor sometimes
She's young, attractive and prob has a good career in the biz

Why did you have to google her name? why didn't you just watch the fucking video since you posted a response

She destroys the good Dr. in this piece in a terrific way - if you watch the piece you will see/hear

And she defends Chaz and gays/lesbians as well smartly

Good for her and good for the Fox audience which is prob not used to such a defense and attack on stupidity

And your response - obviously having NOT watched the tape

is your usual Fox blah blah blah that pretty much applies to every post u make

one that reflects a bias that is not supported with any investigation or curiosity

unlike Megyn who did her homework and made a great argument against the dopey Doc - she made the case
