This cannot happen un-naturally however. And that means waiting for humanity to evolve. In which case, it is that evolution changing humanity moreso than our choice.
At the moment, and in centuries gone by, homosexuality has been practiced happily, despite any stigma and in the face of great risk at times, and yet you are suggesting that men are not able to choose to live freely. The fact is that we choose to live as comfortably as we can, and if that means some of us feel the need to hide sexuality for some reason, its choice more than societal attitude. Not much of a choice if you have 'live a lie' on one side and ' come out and die' on the other.

Point is, people are capable of making their own choices, and if humans were born gay, you can be certain that the gay population would have exploded at a much quicker rate than it has done. Straights are straight because they are straight, thats that.

If you think about it, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever to be born with a natural sexual attraction to the same gender when it is obviously inconvenient in the survival of our species, surely, if anything, it could be more rationally argued that people are born without a sexuality of any kind????

I agree men have always enjoyed M2M sexual attraction under all possible circumstances whatsoever, even and especially when M2M was very difficult to perform. M2M sexual attraction is simply too strong to bridle and control. I am attracted to older guys who often say the actual gay movement owes everything to the enormous flourishing M2M sexuality in the 20ties, 30ties, 40ties, 50ties and 60ties of last century when M2M was totally verboten and which period saw all necessary (unfortunately rather stupid, viz. gay/str8 contrast) notions develop.

If you think about it, it doesn't make any sense whatsoever under all possible circumstances to be born with a natural sexual attraction to the other sex as only a very few utilitarian fuckings - see animal kingdom - are necessary for survival, especially as M2F sexual attraction leads to endless sex wars, castrating boy education, undue control, the crookiest boy abuse,.... The price to pay for M/F sexual attraction is much too high. Boys can be much better directed otherwise. Lets divide the world in 2 parts: one for men and one for women with one great treaty between them. Soon we won't need a treaty anymore as science already engineers perpetuation of the race with only one sex.

At young age girls and boys abhor each other. That's normal. What's similar always appeals more, what's dissimilar always less. They get duly trained and drilled the most shameless ways (culture, Hollywood, school and all other usual bullshit) into str8ness.

Peer pressure is paramount. In order to maintain appeal to peers (nothing is more important for boys), they turn str8 so that they maintain all "manly" sex appeal for peers, though it is reformulated in "no-sex" compulsion and even sex repulsion. Appeal diappears when they are not in keeping with fascist str8 imagery. The reformulation of sex appeal into repulsion for each other can lead and leads to worse homophobia ever.

Sports are used as a safety valve. Male sports are male porn for the str8 male which is reformulated in "no-sex" compulsion. Sports are paramount in all societies in order to mitigate boy's castration feelings from young age. Moreover boys are raised into shame about sex in order to str8ten and castrate them better.

Moreover no one explains why:

young boys after hating girls all of a sudden do the U-turn.

peer pressure is perfidly instilled into children

sports play such a social role and sporters get paid as whores.
