My friend J always wears kilts. One evening, shortly after we met, we were in a mostly deserted bar, and I put my hand underneath. He was too drunk to be aroused, which is probably a good thing, but it was still fun for me. Another time, I stuck my head under his kilt at a party and kindasorta blew him in front of a bunch of people. Me + kilts + alcohol = somebody's gonna get touched.
