Actually, it's not basically a male skirt. The origins and history of the kilt are completely different.

However, I do agree that the sexy factor is definitely there!

I didn't know there was a rule and no other category really fit. This really isn't porn, but okay.
 
When I wear my formal kilt, it never ceases to amaze me the people that will try to look up my kilt. I have had people pull it up in the back, try to look up it when I'm going up stairs. I could go on. As for utilikilts, great for everyday, but I wouldn't wear one. My ancestors would probably haunt me for life.

I think ti depends on the man wearing it and what else he is wearing. Most of the time I hate the look of them but sometimes they are sexy :D
