I am shocked. It's OK to commit incest if you won't produce a child. Whats next? Pedophilia is OK because no on can get pregnant therefore there are no repercussions??? Such flawed logic.

There is an evolutionary purpose to us being repulsed at the thought of reproducing with our siblings, which has already been pointed out. Straight or gay, if we regularly committed incest, we would be some nasty inbred mess of a species.

If you read what I posted (and had enough intelligence to understand it) you would have noticed that I said that was the only time it was wrong, when there was the possibility of producing a child. And that the potential for birth defects was the reason for it being wrong.

Last I heard, there was no possibility of a male getting another male pregnant. Therefore two brothers having sex is really no different, physically, than two men who are not related.

It was implied that all parties were consenting, otherwise it would be rape. It was also implied all parties were adults, otherwise they would not be able to consent.

I feel the exact same way. Incest is taboo because of inbeeding. Inbreeding can cause birth defects, thats the only reason I don't really support incest, but other than that I think brothers having sex is kinda hot. Sometimes I fantasize about having a twin brother that I can have sex with, but it's only a fantasy. I believe that if I actually had a brother the thought might cross my mind, but I would never act on it. I feel this way because I have a friend who is like a brother. We share too much information and look out for each other, but because I know certain stuff about him and feel such a brotherly connection with him, I wouldn't have sex with him because I wouldn't want o change what we have.

It is technically illegal as it is counted as incest - even though the reasons for that law is because of the high risk of disability is children who could from incest couples. This obv isn't an issue with gay brothers, but the law is still the law, so for that reason I'm against the matter. Though I do find it a bit of a turn on lol, though I hate my actual brothers.

The beginning of that reminds me of the remarks I heard when I was child about gays - and that was not that long ago at all.

But I have to point out that evolutionary, any animal is attracted to power or a strong partner - they do not bother about relations and thus incest occurs every while and again. It is quite frequent in Zoos around the world. Additionally it happens a lot in royal bloodlines - though I guess that is a good case to stop incest.
A little extra note - due to someone actually telling me that humans are not animals - Humans>Mammals>Fauna=Animals

Socially, I do not care about incest - if it happens it happens - I just do not need to look down on people to please myself. Although scientifically, I am against incest where children can be produced - so basically sister/sister or brother/brother sexual acts are alright.

I'm sure this response has been done to death already, but I don't see how incest is wrong or amoral. As long as the family members in question are two (or more ) consenting adults, I don't see the problem. In fact, incest of all kinds (involving men) really, really turns me on. Not everyone is attracted to their siblings. Not everyone is attracted to their own gender. If a certain percentage of the population is attracted to their siblings, then it's okay. It has no effect on you. As long as brothers and sisters aren't reproducing children (because it would harm the child), then what's the big deal? Let them be. Accept those people.

I am SO envious of all you other members here! I never had a male relative that would even come close to this.
