It was indeed episode 4. The shot is not as revealing as I had remembered. Still hot as balls, though.

By the way, that series is a nice showcase for him. The writing is not much above the Afterschool Special level, but he brings it as always.

He doesn't shed any clothes sadly, but the sexiest he's ever looked is in his police special unit uniform in the "Multistorey" episodes -- Series 3, episodes 1 and 2 -- of Waking the Dead. They just happen to be the best pair of episodes that show ever produced, but they'd still be worth watching for Mr. Pugh alone.
