More informations could be useful like the decade, the style (western, police, scifi,...), or an actor in the movie which isn’t the grandpa. Or american, uk, german movie.

I believe it was subtitled. An older man is seduced by a younger libertine woman and they are taken to an island by boat. She may also turn out to be his downfall in some way. He's nude just once or twice briefly (and not in the shower, snark).
