It's certain that it's not Isaac's penis since Isaacs is Jewish and the penis appears to be uncircumcised.

The back-and-forth that I've seen is an argument about whether it's a prosthetic penis or whether it was added with CGI post-production. The penis is kind of blurry, so it could have been added after filming.
