That clip is from King of Queens, possibly "Swim Neighbors"? not sure which season/episode. I think there were two pool eps with him as Doug's neighbor?

He did another movie where he wore a belted speedo for an extended indoor scene, and admitted in an interview for that he wears them regularly. I want to say "Seeing Other People"?

Not sure how often he wore tighty whities for Malcolm or Breaking Bad, but he's not very body shy.
 
Thanks retronerd, I was afraid Bryan's nudie days were over after Breaking Bad! That loss of a frontal shot is a real shame though.
