This is the guy from the original "Avengers" series from the 60's. This is in interesting screen capture at 1 hour, 44 mins. He is fighting with someone and falls to the ground and you can see a brief glimpse of his skinny left butt cheek and his buttcrack (you can practically see his asshole too). He was known to be a nudist, and apparently wasn't wearing any underwear while shooting this film.
