I just tracked down the Saturday Kitchen episode from yesterday. Fuck me! He's absolutely gorgeous.

Unfortunately, it was just a guest appearance, and he's not regularly on TV as I had assumed. Someone needs to give this guy his own show even if he just cooks steak in every episode.
