Excellent arrogant cardinal gets humiliated scene from 1972 Italian film La Mazurka del Barone.
The actor is not credited so I don't know his name.
I've included the video, low quality, but the best I could find.

I edited down the early part of the scene because it was very long.
Basically what happens is all the people in the room endlessly compliment the Monsignor.
They watch a film of atrocities happening to non-christians and the cardinal makes smug
comments each time. When the lights go out the cardinal is stripped naked by an intruder.
When the lights come back on the men now hurl insults similar to the smug comments he
make earlier.

I don't know how to do subtitles so I provided a translation the best I could for that part of the scene.
I find his outraged screaming just as sexy as his nude scene.

Lights out:
Monsignor: Damn it! What is happening?
Man 1: But here the door is closed. Locked.
Monsignor: Who touches me? Why are you unbuttoning me?
Monsignor: Don't touch there! Hands off! Stop it!
Woman 1: Do something!
Monsignor: They are stripping me! Leave me alone!
Monsignor: Who are you? How is this permitted?
Man 2: Find the switch you cursed idiots!
Woman 1: Can't someone open them?
Man 3: There must be a generator.

Lights on:
Woman 1: (screams)
Man 1: Monsignor! What a beautiful disgrace!
Man 2: What shame!
Man 3: The cursed idiot is now him!
Man 4: He was incapable of escaping the light switch!
Monsignor: Will you all now stop insulting me!!!
