I think it became semi-public knowledge around the time Liam starred in Kinsey that he is around 8" full mast. The talk show circuit basically made him admit to how well he really measured up to the actual Alfred Kinsey (apparently well above average, himself) during the promotional tour for the movie.
The movie infamously featured several more male full frontal scenes by various actors like Peter Sarsgard.
Unfortunately for Rocky Horror fans, Tim Curry plays an extremely prudish professor character, so we never see him out of his suits.
