It's from a movie called Apocalypse Now directed by Francis Ford Coppola.
It's pretty bad because in this moment, Martin Sheen actually had a break down while filming. He punched a mirror, actually bled all over, and really started crying. Some people on set had to move him.

Regarding a post above, I've always thought Jeremy Northam was hot, but his ass is kind of a bony disappointment.

If we're on the subject of lanky, bald British men, the sexy John Ramm deserves a mention. I have that entire series of Celebrity Big Brother on file, yes just because Razor was on it.

He's amazingly sexy, and totally secure in his sexuality. He would routinely let gay contestant Rylan cuddle all over him without so much as raising an eyebrow.

I do worry about his health given the extra weight (we don't want him to go the way of James Gandolfini), but he's even hotter now than he was during his Spice Boy heyday.
