I know that, but there isn't going to be something huge to look forward to anymore. I've got my driver's liscence, my car, my beer (lol). There isn't something cool like that to look forward to. Reduced car insurance when I'm 24 I guess??? LOL LOL LOL

I have this habit of thinking I'm already a year older by mid-year (my birthday is on December), so when the day finally arrives, I don't feel like anything has changed. So, turning 30 last December wasn't a big deal. But I am terrified of time passing, because of all of the things I'm not doing and I feel I should...

I just read something really interesting about age in Chinese, and want to share with you guys in English. Here it is:



How old are you? Age is not necessarily a number, you can answer like:

"I've already passed the age to desire marriage."
"I've already passed the age to still believe in promises."
"I've passed the age to desire marriage, but not the age to still believe in promises yet."
"I've passed the age to still believe that a man would change (his bad habits)."
"I've passed the age to hear sweet-talks."
"I've passed the age to believe that love is everything in life."
"I've passed the age to believe that I cam survive on love alone (without food)."
"I've passed the age for 'walking-on-the-beach-at-night' and 'counting-the-stars'."
"I'm so old that I can't afford to be dumped again."
"I still dream of true love, am I too young still?"
"I'm still at the age of waiting for Prince Charming."
"I'm still young enough to believe that all my ex's (that I've dumped) would love me forever."

So how old am I? If you still don't understand, then I have to question what age does your IQ belongs to.
