Of course I have. And, I've had my feet played with, too. According to Reflexology, our feet are the gateway to all of the rest of us. It's often surprising how sensual our feet are. I don't do it for the sake of doing it. I do it for the effects it has on others. It's kinda like making cats purr.

It pleases me to no end to see that guys - especially the younger generation - realize their feet can be appealing to look at (by men OR women), and actually either wear sandals/flipflops or just go barefoot in order to attract someone else. That was decidedly not the case even in the 80s, by which time I was very turned on by mens' feet (but only on guys I liked personally. Otherwise, I just admired them dispassionately). Upon hearing I was "into" feet, guys would look put off or just puzzled that something like feet could be arousing. These days, it's no big deal. I recall it first changed in the '90s, when Tevas came out. And Tevas made a guy's feet look really sexy (if the feet WERE sexy), so I think that, having such great sandals, gay guys appreciated being told that their feet looked great in those sandals. And they never seemed put off if you added, actually your feet are pretty hot even without those sandals. They smiled somewhat bashfully (which was charming in and of itself) and would just say, "You really think so?" And upon confirmation, if they found you attractive, it would allow you to start a conversation with them, just as it would if a guy had a dog and you were a dog lover. That was also a great way to meet guys. I had a german shepherd, and in San Francisco, came to be known in the gay community as "the Black guy with the German Shepherd who's really friendly." (They meant Isis, my dog, but then discovered I was friendly, too.) But when Tevas came out, it actually made guys more approachable, as though showing bare feet allowed them to be more vulnerable. Uptight guys didn't wear sandals, I noticed. At least, not in the early days of footwear as sexy as Tevas.
Now, a whole generation thinks nothing of going to the White House to meet the president (Bush, that is). It caused a scandal that men wore flip-flops to meet the president back then.

^ Dude! That's awesome! We found our German Shepherd at the pound when she was 1.5 yr. old. She agreed to let us take her home, and put up with us for another 16 years. Sheps are so wonderful, smart, and loving beings. Ours was shy, but she was super friendly if one of us was with her. We still really miss her to this day.
I find the form, and function, of feet quite fascinating. Lots of folks think I'm weird for that (and perhaps a few other reasons). Most don't 'get it', then usually come around once I get a chance to explain, and possibly demonstrate by rubbing their feet. If they'll let you, and you don't unintentionally hurt or tickle them, most become 'converts' almost immediately.
