Well, a fetish is a sexual attraction to a non-sexual body part or activity. I don't think "eating cum" or "cute butts" fits exactly, but the white underwear, feet and teeth do fall into being a fetish, but only if you are really turned on by them.

I love rubber clothing, I like the way if feels and the way it looks on a hot guy, but it doesn't give me a hardon by itself, so it's not a fetish. I just like the aesthetics of it. Now, seeing a guy having his head shaved? That will cause me to pop a boner like you wouldn't believe. I don't know why but it just does. I can't walk past a barbershop without taking a moment to look through the window to see if the clippers are running.

You also hear women often say they have a shoe fetish if they love shopping for shoes. That's not really true.
