A woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate love child -- conceived when MJ was a minor -- has filed legal documents claiming there was a diabolical plot to cover up her existence ... involving murder, abduction and Diana Ross' sister.

The alleged MJ spawn -- Mocienne Petit Jackson -- has filed documents with L.A. County Superior Court claiming she will surely be in line for a serious inheritance check ... if a judge will give the go-ahead on a DNA test.

Here's the story -- MPJ claims back in 1975, 17-year-old Michael Jackson secretly impregnated her mother Barbara ... who happens to be Diana Ross' sister.

MPJ claims when she was 9 years old, Katherine Jackson hatched a plan to "abduct" MPJ and send her to Belgium to protect Michael's "reputation." She claims all 7 of her abductors were later murdered.

Now MPJ -- who currently lives in the Netherlands -- has decided to come forward with her story ... so she can "formally claim my part of my father's inheritance." She also wants custody of MJ's kids so she can give them a "more normal life."

MPJ also claims she was diagnosed with Vitiligo ... so, there's that.

Calls to Diana Ross, Barbara Ross and MJ's camp have not been returned.








While this rumor is supposedly not entirely new, and we do not really believe it, we're The Hollywood Gossip, so if we don't tell you when we hear about Michael Jackson supposedly having a secret son, then we're just slacking off.

Omer Bhatti is this person's name.
He has "been close" (according to some soures) with the pop star since the mid-90s, when he began touring with him and living on and off at Neverland Ranch.

While Michael Jackson supposedly told people that Omer Bhatti is his son (the result of a one-night-stand with a Norwegian fan), others claim he just calls him that, and they met only after he wowed M.J. with an impression of the singer.

That would certainly be ironic, since some reports have suggested that Arnold Klein, not Jackson, is the biological father of two of the late pop star's children.

“I’m not surprised Michael says he’s the father,” a source told Fox News in 2004. “It’s a fantasy. But these people did not exist in Michael’s life before 1996.”

Omer Bhatti is allegedly convinced that he is Jackson’s son and is "desperate" for a DNA test to prove it. Sounds far fetched to say the least, but they were definitely acquainted. Interestingly, he was spotted yesterday at the Jackson home.

Michael Jackson's former bodyguards have written a book titled In Defense of the King and are now shopping it around.

The three men, Bill Whitfield, Javon Beard and Mike Garcia, are discussing their three years working for MJ - including Jackson's financial troubles and attempting to stop the rumors that he was gay.

I really hate to say this because I don't believe in this myself, but he probably looked into Michael and saw the poor, beaten, abused boy that was inside him that was created by Mike's father, that Michael tried fixing by living an "innocent and childlike" life, and tried reaching in and soothing and comforting that part, and Michael kind of took him in as a father figure, and somehow upon that a relationship was built.

Ehh.. so what. I think the sooner this all becomes a small deal, the sooner we all will benefit. I do have some gay friends but I have MORE straight friends. thats not for any good reason other than I tend to be open to anyone and don't stop to consider who they sleep with before I consider how fun or interesting they are as individuals.

What if michael was transgendered and his facial reconstructions reflect his need to be on the outside what he felt on the inside. Would it make his success as a performer any different?
