I recently found out via the internet that Mike Roberts/Rob Metts (Rob Metts is the name he used during his modeling for Playgirl) apparently passed away last July apparently in a Las Vegas Motel. I have searched and searched and found zero evidence. On his personal myspace page it has not had any posts in the last few years, just lots of photos from years past. His FB page is quiet also with zero posts. I havent found any other social media sites of his (instagram, etc), and have searched and searched for obituaries and have not found any for him. i have searched and searched for stories of a man recovered from a Vegas Motel or Hotel in July 2016 and nothing.

Anyone know or have more information about him? He was definitely one of my porn crushes and I will be sad if he in fact has passed away.

I found out by a blog site (which I dont know if I can post the link to that blog here) that had his play girl photos cited as Rob Metts. Comments following the photos discussed it was gay porn star Mike Roberts. Then one of the commenters on 12/14/16 stated she was a former GF of Robs (on the surface the profile pix of this person matches closely a girl on Mikes personal MS page who appears in numerous photos obviously as his GF) said he was straight, they lived together for a year in Studio City and "He passed away July 2016 in a Las Vegas Motel." There was no follow up from this person. very sad if its true.

The GEVI entry doesn't give any indication of his death but that would be understandable if there were no accurate factual reports. Should any materialise, it would be easy to pass the information onto GEVI via their email address ...

I hope I or someone else can find information verifying one way or another. i searched his myspace friends' pages' and anything else I could think of and so far have found nothing confirming one way or another.

He will always be one of my porn crushes and I will be sad if he is in fact gone. :(.

Based on your apparently exhaustive investigation, I think you can assume it's just a rumor. Maybe he just went home to Bohemia. If there was any truth to it either Denz the MOP slut, or Zach the SUGP parasite would have posted a blog piece about it.
 
He's not dead. He lives in New Mexico. Works at this local painting shop.
 
Well, while true that anyone can create a page, the fact that he's posted a year beyond when she claims he OD'd is compelling. If anyone cares to dispel once and for all, his friends are listed including a family member, and someone can take the time to search thru the fam member's posts and see if he has indeed commented on anything from July 2016 to present. *You CAN search Fb for all posts and comments by someone, but that turned up blank aside from what's on his own page.
 
POSTED (BY HIM) JULY OF THIS YEAR (2019) Last month. Think THAT puts all the rumors to rest as just that, rumors. (as well as any doubts that he's STILL totally suck-able and fuck-able :-) WHY this chick claiming to be his GF posted of his death by OD on that board who TF knows. (or if it was even a girl lol)
