I am bored and thought I would dedicate my first thread on Jub to Minecraft! :D Possibly one of the best PC/LINUX/MAC (soon to be android and iOS) games ever.

What I would like to know is how many play this game on here? I can't be the only Minecrack addict here!

I play on peaceful unless I'm on my server, and then it depends on my mood, which is no monsters. :)

Though I do enjoy the walking penises. xD I mean creepers.

I used to just play single-player survival a while ago, but now I'm more into building custom maps. I have yet to post anything though.

You build up protection and wait until night comes and fight off monsters? Is that the premise?

If it is coming to handhelds then it will be hella fun when I'm on the move.

I had to go cold turkey a few months back, even shut down my server, which I still turn on from time to time. Because of school. DX

I have it linked in the first post. I have it hidden as Minecraft. It's the first one. It's, I believe, 20 bucks US, 15eur. Price is before it's finished, beta. Once finish it goes up to 20eur. You can play the free one, classic version on the site, but it's limited.

That is the game play, but you only have 8 minutes to get things ready and then the 'fun' starts! >: D Green exploding dildos start walking about, and zombies, and Skeletons that shoot arrows, lets not forget the giant spiders! :D

BTW, you can disable that and play in peaceful if your just into building.

Side note, the first phone to get it will be the latest Sony Ericsson that has a game pad built into it. :D
 
The game however simple seems to have a nice thing going for it. The videos I have watched show A-LOT of tension.

Horror movie tension, political thriller tension. Will probably get into it once it hits HTC phones/Android App store or Apple's store.

Airports will get more fun.
 
After I kicked my WoW addiction (although the recent xpac made that easy), the only other addiction I want to have coming up is SW:ToR.

I tried the 'free' minecraft version and it kind of sucked but I feel the full version is much better but have little interest in that sort of thing.

Last MMO I played heavily was City of Heroes tried literally all the rest for no more than a week.

Before that SWG. Was. Obsessed.


I want to find a "gay" server in an MMO before I fucking die.
 
I'm still playing Dwarf Fortress... won't even start thinking about Minecraft before I have a monarch in my fortress.

I remember when I did that!!! xD Fun times! Would go running and boom! creeper blew up and I was thrown into a lava pit. ](*,)
