Hey guys! God it's been so long since i've posted! It has been a frakking hell of a summer here. First i got shufflef around from city to city doing conferences for work for 2 months, then when i finally got home i get slammed with a HUGE (albeit profitable) project from work! This has definately been the busiest i've ever been for any job i've ever had. It seriously effected my online time! I missed you guys! But it's finally started to slack off with the close of this last project, it's a HUGE PC game we were called in to work on, i can't say the title yet, but when it finally comes out i'll spill the beans (so you call all rush out and buy it)
.
Anyways, i've also been having this problem that's been bugging me and i can't get a handle on it. I've started noticing in games i'm getting a lot of mis-rendered polygons in random places, they may be black, or missing, or stretched off the screen. And i'm getting a lot of hard crashes during D3D games.
Now, nVidia just released some new drivers, so i removed (and driver cleaned) the old ones, and installed the new ones, didn't really help any. So i got to thinking it may be a DirectX problems, but DXdiag didn't show any errors. So i updated DX, and installed the latest DirectX SDK, to no avail.
I know it's got to be a driver or DirectX issue if it's causing polygon fuckups, and hard crashes. I just can't seem to pinpoint anything that will fix it. Any ideas?
P.S.
How is everyone doing?? Noels? Mike? You guys still around? Everything going good here at JUB?
