It's bad enough Apple has my payment information on file.

Target, Home Depot, Chase, all those companies out there that have my personal information and have been hacked already.

It's safe they say. Really? No, sorry, not when millions of customers have their information stolen.

I don't nor will I EVER trust them.

So until then, give me my damn USB Ports so that I can keep my files on ME.

Some just blindly follow those companies and trust them. Which is bad idea. Data anywhere can be hacked, changed, distorted and destroyed....

Exactly.

I monitor my bank accounts and my credit card accounts daily, and monitor my credit score weekly for changes.

I honestly do have trust issues not only with these companies, but in general.

I think with computers it's being smart and staying on top of things before there is an issue

Yep yep. I agree. Never know when some idiot can get a hold of all of your information somehow.

I'm sorry to hear that, Greg. I've been in the very same boat.

I hate not being able to trust people, but I have to rely on my history, too.

Yes, I know that if I don't open up to people that's not good, either. However, I NEED to protect myself.

Yea being heartbroken over and over again makes you more wary I think. The thing (I guess for me at least) is to know what you'll tolerate and what you won't. If they're more important to you than you are to them or if they lie/cheat dump them. Give yourself some credit and hang in there. That's not always easy though
