Models sending DMCA's notices To Just Us Boys

Models you can not remove content that was shot by another studio that you think you own. I know all the studios so if you are trying to remove content from JUB that you don't own it won't happen. We also might need proof you own the content you are claiming that is yours.

IMO it might be better to concentrate or creating content and making money rather than worrying about your pictures out there that might actually be sending you fans to your only fans account.

NOTE this is only in reference to models trying to get their content off of JUB they don't own.

Interesting headline. It's long been established that copyright in a photo is held by the photographer, not the person being photographed. This much is evident in any glossy magazine you care to open, where the (c) symbol is against the photographer's name. The same applies to films, so unless the copyright in photos has been assigned to the model in question, they can't ask for their pics to be removed! ...

It's because the guys doing only fans are trying to get all their previous content taken down so most of their content is only on their only fans.

Apropos JUB's comment about Only Fans content not being allowed to be shown in here. It really is extraordinary but I can only say that loads of it can be seen elsewhere. The thing about an Only Fans clip or scene being shown in a site like this is that it counts as "free advertising." I probably shouldn't confess this but having seen a couple of hot OF scenes on BoyfriendTV, I duly subscribed to their sites! ... However, had these scenes been removed on copyright grounds then the guys in question would have completely lost out on subscription incomes, something that could be pointed out to future complainants. If the illustration below, freely screen shot from one of the many sites which have OF scenes thereon, is something to concern JUB, then I guess it will have to be removed! ... ...

We are hoping to have the subscription process automated in the near future. Until that feature is completed, send a direct message to JUB. The cost is $30 for an entire year.

To clarify, there are models who had worked for studios or individual photographers who later opened an OnlyFans account to sell their own content. Those models try to get their non-OnlyFans content removed from the web because they want to sell it on OnlyFans.

Many of these models didn't read the model releases that they signed which gives the photographer or porn studio the ownership of the content in perpetuity.

We ran into a similar situation a while back when reality shows became popular. A few of the reality show actors were discovered to have been porn models who had done videos and still photography for major porn studios. The actor contacted us asking to have their content porn content removed from the site in an effort to "clean up their past". Unfortunately, when you sign a model release to a porn studio, the porn studio owns that content and only the porn studio can ask for removal under a DCMA copyright claim.

JUB does allow OnlyFans content to be uploaded to the forum. The distinction is that we don't allow anyone to use JUB for free advertising without our consent. If any member uploads an image with a watermark, we allow it. However, if a content Creator joins JUB and spams us with their subscription-required Fan site, we don't allow it. On the other hand, if the content is free on a "tube" site or fan site, which is rare, we will allow it . We want members to contribute content to JUB and share content for free. That policy is in the Code of Conduct #6 and #20:

You may not use the forums to market items for sale or to solicit funds from our members (this includes charitable causes and GoFundMe type campaigns).
