I'm thinking this is rare, but I find it so fascinating and unique. I've seen a couple of porn videos where the guy had freckles or maybe small moles on his penis, and one guy on his balls too.

mine is definitely not bumpy. they're small and appear only as dots on my skin.
 
I have a smallish sized freckle on my shaft, when I'm soft my foreskin (well, I'm cut, so what's left of it) covers it up. On the head, or moles of any kind, though... no thanks. Total turn off.
