after 3 days it heals and the penis skin gets thicker ..... penis is a muscle .... since last month its grown in width.

No it's not! There are no muscles in it. There is erectile tissue, which when engorged with blood produces an erection. The use of a pump only damages the blood vessels by forcing blood into them at a greater pressure than is safe for them. A pump will do nothing to increase the size or girth of your penis, but constant use will cause irreparable damage.
