Depends on where/when they jog. If its the middle of the street in the middle of the night, and they insist on wearing dark clothing, well they'll end up eliminating themselves. If its during moderate to well lit hours and they take steps to remain visible then more power to them.

They can be useful..... After driving my partner around we can stop and have plenty room to "get it on". We once started having sex in the front seat of a limo, found ourselves in the trunk, continued into the back seats and ended on the roof.......
