Less. We've (society) spent too little time teaching the children already. Used to be kids were expected to make it to school rain or shine. Seems like nowadays school get canceled at the drop of a hat just so teachers can get paid days off.

Ah, good point, and you don't know me. "Young" for me is a term of art that I use frequently and usually somewhat humorously to mean anyone between about 20 and (a well-preserved) 45. So I meant attractive, studly, and perfectly legal.

Bicycle lanes?
 
If we have more bike lanes then the bikes should limit themselves to those specific lanes. As it is even now many cyclists refuse to use the actual bike lanes and insist on riding in the lanes meant for motorized vehicles, often in ways that are dangerous for all. If they refuse to use them why have them?

Separate bicycle roads apart from motor vehicle roads?
 
Less. Buses drive along streets the same as cars. Maybe a special lane for the ones making all the stops, and other cars willing to get caught behind a temporarily stopped bus. That would clear the other lanes up for everyone else.

Personal jetpacks/hoverbelts?

Underground highways in large snow areas?
 
Less. Vehicles could get trapped underground when the entrances became covered in snow.

Fresh fruit?
 
less, too expensive in most areas and not really fresh any more.
