We have the corresponding Veteran's Day in the United States, with parades and ceremonies at cemeteries. I'm sort of mixed on it, since I never get up and go to those parades, but I feel we need to remember our veterans, and oh, not forget what a terrible thing war is.

Promotion of famous paintings and sculptures?
 
I don't know if we need more art galleries, or perhaps we need more understanding of what we're looking at in art galleries.
