Because if straight men aren't picky but being homosexual makes them picky, and women are always picky it would make sense that a homosexual woman would be ultra picky. Or perhaps it's a case of negative plus positive makes a positive. In which case perhaps two positives make a negative meaning that lesbians will lick any woman they see?

Edit. I'm picky but I'm often attracted to guys that most people wouldn't necessarily think were attractive and I've heard lots of gay guys say something similar. Whereas most straight women seem to hold a smaller set of ideals when it comes to men. So if you are ugly you still have a chance with some hot gay men whereas it wouldn't be so likely that a hot straight woman would want you IMO.

I somewhat agree with you. I see tons of hot women with ugly men, because women seem to go for confidence more than looks, and lots of guys just don't have the balls to approach a really hot woman. But also in some cases it's because the guy has something like money or a nice car.

With guys, gay or straight, they tend to really go for looks a lot. I know this isn't true in all cases but I find it to be true more often than not. I'm also self admitted extremely picky when it comes to guys.


Just look at Jake Cruise. Do you think you'd see a guy that looks like him with a guy that's featured on his site if it wasn't for the business agreement of porn?

I don't necessarily count not wanting to date a fat person as being picky, to me it's the same as dating someone based on race or whatever, it's more a matter of preference than being picky. I personally don't find anyone overweight sexually attractive, they just don't register with me. Having said that I've seen some smoking hot guys with overweight boyfriends.

Guys may be more picky if they are horny and want to get off with their ideal body-type (e.g., at a club), but in general, as far as picking a life-long partner, I think women are much more picky.

i don't know if i'd say gays are more picky than women, i just think they're bitchier about it. it's been years since i dealt with females, so i guess i really wouldn't know for sure. i can say this though. when i used to cruise the hell outta chatrooms for hookups. i would always be amazed at the guys trying to get with me just from a pic of my dick alone.
i think the majority of women would like to know a little bit more about a person other than how big their dick is.

I'm assuming you men marriage/relationships and not just sex. Cause every guy in the straight/bi section seems to be complaining that women won't answer Craiglist ads for a quick fuck, but the gay guys who are willing to roll and go are a plenty.
