Think about the fact that if gay men were even remotely as picky as women those kinda places wouldn't even exist.

For sex, women are the most picky, for relationships homosexual men.
That's why women 'never' have sex on the first date, but will get caught up in an abusive relationship sooner.
With gay men it's the other way round.

Judging by the slovenly guys I see beautiful straight women with all the time, I would say that gay men are more picky, than straight women, at least. It seems like the only thing a straight guy needs in order to get hot babes is attitude and confidence. Gay men seem to demand a whole lot more from their mates, which has its good and bad points. The higher STD rates among gay men may suggest that we are whorish, but can still be picky regarding the "types" we ho-hop with.

I guess a lot of people taking the poll are simply disillusioned with themselves. Being that only 10% or less of the population is Gay, someone who is Gay is more likely than not to make concessions with others, whether it be a 2nd or 3rd choice, as opposed to the man of their dreams, who is in all likelihood straight ... and wouldn't touch them for anything.
Most women are brutal when it comes to their pickiness with Men, and Guys have to go through hoops in order to woo them into the sack.
