I'm just realizing how under whelming the krypt is. :/ The only real incentive is the alternate costumes (or second fatalities if you don't own a strategy guide or haven't looked online on how to perform them). Everything else is concept art or music.

I definitely agree. It adds to the replay value, if you simply want to say that you unlocked everything by earning koins or you're simply a diehard fan. Otherwise, it's tedious. Oh well, I'm still waiting for the DLCs: Kenshi, Skarlett, and Kintaro.

Is the PlayStation Store up or still under going mantience? I still have redeemable klassic kostumes to download. Kenshi & Skarlett are two characters I have never heard of but will likely purchase anyway.

I have no clue when PSN store is going to be running again. Anyway, Skarlett is a new character, but she is similar to Ermac. She began as a rumored glitch in the first few games, so they finally decided to make her into an actual character.

Kenshi was introduced in Deadly Alliance (as Ermac's replacement). He's shares very similar telekinetic moves as Ermac, but he uses a sword as his weapon. I don't know if I can be too excited seeing Kenshi's return since Ermac is already in the game.

Of course, you can always google to find out more about these characters. However, if you want to see them in the game, Kenshi can be found in the background of Pit Stage (definitely Night Pit, possibly Day Pit). He is one of the two guys battling on the other bridge. Skarlett is chained in the background of Shao Kahn's stage, if you proceed to the left.

Thanks for the info, was to lazy to look it up that night, lol. However I had been wondering who the individual chained up on the left was in Shao Kahn's level since I didn't recognize her at all. Is Tonya a DLC as well? She is Kitana's replacement when playing as her.

No downloading costumes or characters for me today, PSN is still undergoing maintenance.

Out of morbid curiosity I went ahead and purchased MKvsDC despite reading all the negative reviews. I thought to myself there is no way this game could be as bad as I had read... I couldn't have been more wrong. That game made me appreciate MK9 so much more then I already do. The censorship really killed MKvsDC.

I haven't played this game in awhile but may start up again. New DLC characters include Rain, Skarlet, Kenshi, and. . . Freddy Krueger.
