Most Boring Movie....EVER!

A Door in the Floor, Lord of War, and The Life Aquatic....

absolutely the 3 most boring movies I have ever had to sit through....

>>>Memoirs Of A Geisha for me.

I don't know about "boring". I expected a slow semi-biopic, and that's what I got. But it wasn't even engaging as that. I never connected with the characters at all. And am I supposed to believe that "love conquered all"? That certainly doesn't sound very geisha to me. Maybe not boring, but certainly disappointing.

The book will change your mind about the story ..|

Yeah.. Beautiful Girls should have been called "All the worth while people leave small towns and this is why."

It's sad when a bit part by Rosie O'Donnel becomes (by far) the best part of a movie that stars Matt Dillon, Uma Thermon, Timothy Hutton, Natalie Portman and Mira Sorvino.

Oliver Stone's Version Of Alexander. I Can't Remember If It Was His 2nd - 3rd - Or Is He Now Onto His 4th Revision Of That Epic Piece Of Trash!

Oh god

The red filter!

It's amazing how a movie that has a cast like that could be such a horrendous flop. I went with a group of about 7 and all of us were just pissed off halfway through the movie. We should have just walked out of the theatre.

The Thin Red Line It's about some war with a bunch of hot men like Adrien Brody and Jim Caviezel. I never thought those guys would put me to sleep by watching them.

For me it has to be Superman Returns. Admittedly I've never been a Superman fan, but I enjoyed the Christopher Reeve films. This film was a dewy eyed homage to those early films and by rights I should have enjoyed it too, but...ugh.

2 hrs of watching a slack jawed Brandon Routh try to muster affection for a gratingly annoying Lois Lane while a bored Lex Luthor plays with train sets and plots...well what was his evil scheme anyway? Something about real estate? It was all so funereal and solemn.

A movie about a guy in blue tights should be fun for heavensake. #-o

Am i the only one who thought that "Four Weddings & A Funeral" was boring?

I can't remember the name, but I was on a plane, and this movie was playing. It was about some old man riding around on his lawnmower looking for his brother. HOLY. SHIT. Everytime I woke up and looked at the screen, there was ol' speedracer tearing up some lawn. AAAGH

That's The Straight Story. I enjoyed it.

I didn't find it boring so much as creepy. Superman stalking Lois Lane (who yes.. was annoying) by flying around her house and listening through the walls.. that creepy demon kid who looked like he should have been cast as a child of the corn.. The silly real estate scheme that envisioned people living on a crystalline rock for some reason... that whole falling to earth and being taken to the hospital. (ok, that part wasn't creepy it was just inane.)

Horrible movie, yes.. but I'm not sure I'd call it boring. Just bad.

Under The Cherry Moon

Prince's Second Movie After "Purple Rain

IAM A HUGE PRINCE FAN! I Love Purple Rain, But This Movie Was Bad, I Might Give The Movie A Second Chance and Watch it In A While, But The Soundtrack Is Killer! Kiss, Mountains, Boys And Girls, Anotherloverholenyohead, Brilliant Soundtrack!

Requiem For A Dream - Terrible. Yeah, it was trippy...but that does not a good movie make.

Shopgirl - It got rave reviews..I'm not quite sure how.

Prime - At the end I was just like "what was the point of watching this movie?" Meryl Streep had one funny scene about Q-Tips but that was pretty much all the movie had to offer.

Swept Away - No explanation needed.

I thought Brokeback Mountain was pretty boring throughout the movie and kept waiting for it to end, but then the last 10 minutes totally changed the movie for me. I was devastated for like a day after watching it, therefore I can't include it on my boring list.

Spiderman 3. I knew as soon as I sat the next two point whatever hours were going to be the most painful I've ever had in a theater. You knew where it was going and they did everything to make you hate the trip.

It managed to be horrible, creepy and boring for me. Different strokes, I guess. *shrugs* He should have stayed with the X-franchise, IMHO.
