Most disturbing movie you've seen!?

The versions I have seen only disturb me by the baad acting. I realise they might not be Oscar winners but they seem to not be able to act at all. All the nastiness was so diluted by this and the way in which the distributor decided to present the film. I know the original version is now long lost in the bowels of Hollywood but what I have seen just makes me angry.

A Serbian Film (2010)

Watch the movie without looking at the trailer or reading any spoilers, if you dare. 👀

'Come and See' 1985 must be the most realistic war movie that ever could be made. The only way it could be more true to the hell of war is if they actualy started shooting the audience as they sat in the theatre. It depicts the Nazi occupation of Belarus in 1943. Everything that happens did happen. They even used live ammo to make sure the actors were shitting themselves. Watching this movie is a painful, unpleasant, nightmare-inducing experience, but worth it, probably.

Seriously? No one mentioned the one movie that gives me nightmares to this day? The Exorcist. I'm not talking about all the remakes all the fake movies...I'm talking the original Exorcist! (OK, if you are under 30 you dont know what I'm talking about)

Titicut Follies, a black and white documentary by Frederick Wiseman about the internal workings of a men's prison for the criminally insane. Very few movies are capable of disturbing me; this one did perhaps because it's reality (or at least it was). The treatment of the prisoners, the horrendous conditions, the general insanity of it all combined with, believe it or not, a variety show the prison warden enjoys staging using the prisoners.

They Shoot Horses Don’t They. I was too young to learn that particular lesson.
Interesting fact: in the former Soviet Union, although most American movies were forbidden to be shown, They Shoot Horses, Don't They? and The Last Picture Show were two exceptions, probably because they both depict American life as depressing and bleak.

The Heart is Deceitful Above All Things........

.....omg is about all I can even begin to say

The human centipede.
Why the Fuck did they make such a sick film. Even for a horror film its Fucked up.
It's also bad. Apart from the novel concept it's like really, dumb people accept spiked beverage from creepy stranger as the catalyst?

Matilda. Movie about an orphan, based on the Broadway play. What could be so bad? What a horrible show, and kids are watching this?

The "I Spit on your grave" series.

Just made by some French directors who wanted to glorify rape like some edgy teenagers. not much plots or storyline behind them, but just to revel in dark matter. JUst like La Heine and Baise-Moi. Typical French cinema!

Ok so I saw this one porn movie once it was set somewhere I wanna say Greece or somethin but these guys were going to town on each other - a third guy showed up, so one of those 2 guys switches to the new guy and after the new guy "finishes" the other guy stabs him and pushes him off the boat - not sure if it was real or fake was a OLD video so was really hard to tell if that was real or not.

Then I saw another that was more like a gangbang/orgy but 1 of the individuals seemed to be I think drunk or drugged and at one point while looking at the camera the guy mumbles help me. This video appeared to be filmed probably in the 70s to early 80s. (I am intro retro vintage movies, but not like this!)
