Yes i know hate is a strong word but i am just so pissed right now. 2:45 hours i can't get back. In invested in these characters and the screenwriters lets me down bigtime :grrr:

I watched Cassandras Dream last night on HBO and overall i thought it was good until the end. What a crappy, unsatisfying and senseless end.

Terry was such a cry baby pussy. Be a man damn it and grow a pair.

What i wanted was for Ian to poison his brothers drink and then go back up on deck fully prepared to kill his brother only to find Terry had committed suicide by jumping into the ocean.

Problem solved and he gets to live his happy life with Angella in California.

There was no need for both of them to die :mad::mad::mad::mad:

I loved the movie up to the end. It had me totally enthralled.

I was so disappointed when the credits started to roll. I could not believe Chris got away with the murder. Its like what was the point of this movie. In real life i know that sometimes killers get away with it but in this case sloppy detective work led to it. I am all for a bad guy winning but i guess i was pissed because i loved Nola and i wanted him to pay for what he had to her.

___________

What a coincidence.

These are both Woody Allen films.

I took a chance with "Vicky, Christina, Barcelona" only because of Penelope Cruz; but i am done with Woody Allen movies...done i tell you

The Black Hole (1979 Disney film).

Yeah, there were other problems. The robots were too blatantly a nod to Star Wars (and were pretty low-budget), for instance. But the movie was actually built the mood fairly well. I actually felt like that ship was a huge but foreboding place, full of despair. Then they're heading into the black hole...and...

...and the evil scientist becomes his robot in hell...and the good guys...um...get put in the tumble dryer with a bright light?

I was nine, and even at that age, I felt the writers had painted themselves into a corner, and had no idea what to do. So they must have said "Let's kinda make it look like they go to heaven...but make it vague and confusing."

Bullshit. Although it does look like the bad guy and the robot are about to get it on around 2:45 or so...

Stephen King's 'The Mist'. I much preferred the ending in the book to what they did in the movie.

The only I can think of is "The day after tomorrow"

that sucked HARDCORE

Don't give up on Woddy Allen movies, Annie Hall is still a classic of american cinema.

I hated the end of Steven Speilbergs War of the Worlds. So Robbie runs into a hellish firestorm, and somehow it transports him to Boston? Dad and Dakota (I can't remember her name in the movie) have to spend time in the cellar with the creepy guy, they shoulda run into the firestorm with Robbie they woulda been fine. And then they go to Boston, the only city on the planet earth not gang raped by the aliens, the worst they had to put up with in that town was garbage service got suspended for a few days. Fucking ridiculous.

Harry potter and the Half Blood Prince.

There was so much in the ending that could have been there, and it was lackluster.
Although I loved Hermione's "sometimes you can be really thick."

OMG, I was just about to post this! :D I HAAAATTTEDD the end to War of the Worlds, I felt so cheated that that annoying fucker Robbie didn't die at the end. :(

Would of been funny when Ray saw Robbie that at the last second a truck came and ran him over. Then Ray screams out "ROOBBBIIEEEEEEEEE!" Would of been the best ending.

Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

I mean really. Really?!?

The South Park episode where they were all complaining Steven Spielberg and George Lucas raped Indiana Jones was spot on.

Final Destination 4: It wasn't going particularly well but the last quarter of the film was so laboured it was awful and a real waste.

Hannibal: Very good adaptation but the ending was derivative.

Saw: So predictable!

I can't possibly imagine a movie ending that's worse than that of Ralph Bakshi's 1978 movie Lord of the Rings.

Don't watch this (from 4:50) unless you want all your illusions shattered.

That was supposed to be the first part of a series. Instead, it was the first part of nothing-more-to-come.

I read they tried to pass the movie off as the whole LOTR.

The movie sucks for other reasons too.

It's one of the failures that caused Bakshi to end up being very poor, and selling off his old cells to substitute his meagre pension.

Which is really too bad, because he's a great animator.
