MTV's The Duel 2

CT was hot but I can't deal with this negative turn he has taken, a loose cannon is not attractive. Davis and Ryan didn't waste any time, did they? I hope they show more of them. It bothered me that Ryan got picked last and was sent to the duel first. I know he was disappointed too. I'll definitely be watching this season.

I know a lot of people think CT is good looking, but to me he looks like his parents were related to one another. He looks like he's a few chromosomes short of a full deck. When he talked about his brother getting shot in the back because of a fight in a bar I thought, that's gonna be CT some day.

The opening sequence of the show looks like a bunch of mentally challenged people doing aerobics.

The commercials were ridiculous! Out of an hour of programming we got like 35 minutes of show and 25 minutes of commercials. That's what if felt like.

One more thing, when Danny, Ryan, and what's-her-name are in the pool and the guys are kissing, why does everybody in the house run to the windows to watch? And why did everyone make such a big deal about CT and big-boob-girl getting their jollies on the roof? Hell, they've probably all had each other several times, yet they act like eight year olds when somebody is doing it, grow up. Didn't understand Diem being upset about CT, she dumped him didn't she? She was still upset on the after-show. WTF?

Of all the guys on the Duel, I've only seen four of their shows and they all seem like decent people. I'm rooting for Brad, Davis, Landon, and Mark.

Of all the girls, the only two I care about are Aneesa and Ruthie. I hope they make it.

I agree that Diem was being completely irrational in her belief that CT had to for some reason remain faithful to her despite not being in a relationship yet this far from justifies his reaction and I do understand why other people in the house would find it awkward and feel that Diem would probably want to know but that it's not their place to tell her.

As far as people... I really like Brad. He's pretty consistently shown himself to be a genuinely nice guy, it's a shame he always gets screwed. I like Landon as well and am indifferent to Mark. Davis isn't really my speed. Somethign about him is just off putting. Ryan I like, as I do Issac and Derek (new one) seems cute but lacking in personality.

On the girls side: Like Aneesa, like Ruthie and LOVE Katie. I've been in her corner ever since they picked on her in the Inferno, though she bears a disturbing resemblance to Lindsay Lohan imo

It bothers me too but it's unescapable really that in the world of road rules/real world the gay and smaller men (and especially smaller gay men) will find themselves in duels/gauntlets/infernos early and often.

Yea it's true. I remember Shane used to do well in the challenges, often better than most the straight guys, but would often find himself in the duels/gauntlets/infernos. I remember one time he complained about everyone assuming he's weak just because he fucks men. For the most part I think it's meathead straight guys thinking having big muscles means you are a strong competitor. And to be fair all the gays are much smaller than other guys. That was until Davis came along. But they kept putting him in with the excuse that he was new. I wonder what will be their excuse this time.

Things this episode did: Made me hate Diem even more! Made me feel bad for poor Aneesa (she was in the duel every other week in the first one. I totally understand why she was so frustrated)

i aagrreee diemmm is iss sooooooo fakkeeee...

davis is pathetic , ryan is worse and tyler is just horrrid....wonderful models foor gay guys

No one has mentioned the whore that was the cause of the fight when she fucked CT on the roof. Then she had the nerve to deny it after she was overheard moaning loudly. What a slut!

How about the fact that he's an asshole? But then again, that's like calling out one piece of shit in a full latrine.

I am so over these stupid challenges. I used to care on an entertainment level (and maybe somewhere in the season the desire to hear Katie's wonderfully foul mouth will pull me back in) but for now, I remain remarkably uninterested. Every season chipped away at my interest until I finally can't even bring myself to watch it. I haven't even seen the infamous CT fight yet, and I really no desire to.
Yea I really dont like Davis personality tbh. But 90% of the guys are douchebags and cowards anyway. I didnt like Davis in his RW season at all. From his whining about wanting to be straight, to his racist words for his roommate and cheating on his bf on national television, he sucks out loud. Ryan has never done anything to offend me. And he always does much better than I expect in these challenges.

I dont know if Katie can entertain without Veronica or Tonya to wind her up. I wish we Coral was still around. But I think she's done with these things after Evan screwed her over. Unlike Paula who seems to be a glutton for punishment, Coral seems to have some shred of dignity.

I'm starting to think that maybe CT comes on these shows only to get a free chance to attack someone half his size. Seriously, how often do we hear of CT punching someone out or getting arrested outside of a RW/RR Challenge?

I figure if we manage to hear reports of the Sham Wow! Guy or a Project Runway contestant getting arrested, then surely we'd hear a 'CT of numerous MTV shows' getting into trouble.

Till then I'll assume he's just a loser who goes after guys he knows he can take. IIRC he backed down pretty quickly when Tyrie got in face his after punching Davis.

Dudes like Alton, Eric, Landon? I doubt he'd go after them

I personally think C.T is a closet case and has a chip on his shoulder for the same reason. I agree with Nik, these challenges get more and more unbearable each season. It's always the same formula booze, brawls and bed hopping. The majority of these people are in there thirties, and if they aren't they are slowly approaching thirty, they should be settling in to their careers (that's if they have one), not acting like savages on national television year after year for some dough. I have to admit though, the speedo challenges is what keeps me watching, can we get a round of applause for the bulges & butts :=D:

Acutally most of the cast are still in there twenty's

And setteling into their careers? Why? because that's what they're "supposed" to do?

I don't understand why people complain about them doing challenges. If they wanna do challenge after challenge so what? They're not hurting anybody and nobody is really forced to watch them so why all the bitching?

Just had to get that off my chest.

Thank you! I dont get why everyone bitches about how pathetic they are for doing challenges. TBH it looks like it would be fun, you could possibly win money, it's a free trip to New Zealand with luxury accomodations, it's pretty much like spring break and you get to be on tv. They are fortunate enough to have this opportunity that most people dont have. IF some of them are in than 30s and they are still physically can compete that's kinda awesome. Does everybody once they reach a certain age, have to sit in a cubicle and raise kids because that's the "normal" thing to do?

I dont agree some those cast are in ther 30'sor knocking its door, and a lot of them need to get a life all their 15 mins are over.

yep. CT's a classic example of the school yard bully. he always targets smaller guys, or guys he's sure won't step to him.

i might be remembering wrong, but didn't he try to start up with Vegas' Frank, but kinda back down when Frank didn't?

for the person who said CT might be a closet case...i've kinda thought that too. i seriously thought there was alot more to the story when he punched Davis. like maybe something had happened sexually, and like alot of guys, he freaked out after the fact and felt the need to "prove" his masculinity.

I'd like to believe that there is some good to CT and he has a "soft" side.....

I mean, you kinda saw that when he was with Diem.

Ther needs to be some girl fights on this season. Much more entertaning than the brawls between the guys.
I think that's why I miss Coral. :(

Classic Coral Moment: "I Don't wrestle, I fuckin beat bitches up!"
(Inferno)

Speaking of girl fights - where's Tina? Last I remember she clocked someone in the first episode and was sent home.

I think it was a blonde, was it Tanya or Beth maybe?

It was Beth.

And I think Tina is done with challenges.
