I for one hate it when music goes over the sounds of the guys doing whatever they're doing, what do you think?
 
I can't stand it either. A radio blaring in the background, some techno or house music throughout the whole video, very distracting. There was a good video I saw recently, the action was hot but blasting in the background was Whitney Houston's latest album, a big turn off.
 
In my opinion it is the single worst thing a director can do to a porn.

Placing music on the soundtrack dates back to the days (1970s) of porn on film when having live sound/editing sound was an enormous and expensive task.

We left those days behind long ago. Thankfully.
 
The early gay porn of 70's and early 80's had canned music in back ground. I want to hear real men talk, groan and talk dirty as they suck and fuck.
 
I absolutely hate music in porn. I want to hear the people with the moans the talking all of it. If I want to hear music I go to my IPad
In fact, when ever I am watching porn and music stars I turn it off I wont watch it.
