I had it on my left arm my shoulder and down my arm it hurts little sore and I feel tired like I want to take a nap lol and i must of hurted my wrist it hurts little I can move my wrist around I've tried a heating pad or ice or a cream like bengay but couldn't find it in the store but I got something else or I've taken ibuprofen

Move your arm around alot. It helps it move from your muscles into your system. My Mom the nurse told me that.
