today I had to have my toilet pipe fixed again cause it was leaking downstairs in the basement and it coast lots $$

Sorry to hear about your plumbing and water leak problems, hope you've got them fixed. In the past I've lived in two different apartments, and both of them ran the damn pipes in the ceiling, which makes no sense to me, but they resulted in damage to my personal effects, and decimated my porn mag collection!
