I’m sorry to hear you caught Covid. I had it last year and it was no fun. Fortunately it wasn’t any worse than a bad cold, perhaps because I kept up my vaccination schedule.
You’re doing the right thing. Just rest up, take it easy, and sleep it off. Take any meds the doctor gives you. You’ll get through it.

I'm doing ok I still have the cough and my left ear still feels clogged I went to doctor gave me nasel spray but don't think that's helping. I can tell my left ear is clogged i put a finger in my left ear and feel like a blockage like I can't put my finger in like I can for my right ear.
