well my right one does, its alot bigger than normal, (i think it is anyway) and im more aware that its there, iv had a feel theres no lumps and its not twisted etc and dosnt hurt when i cum, but just feels weird, akes abit but that might be because iv keep feeling it and messing etc, wat u all think'/????

See a doctor. You don't want to take any chances with anything in that area! I hope it's nothing serious and it probably isn't ... antibiotics or something might help, if that's what your doctor gives you ... let us know what happened ...

I had epidimytis about 5 years ago and the symptoms are similar to yours. It is nothing serious, but you should go to the doctor - they gave me an anti -biotic and it cleared up within a week. The doctor also said to wear tight underwear that provides a lot of support for awhile

So my advice, is to wear very supportive underwear and make an appointment with your doctor.

If it is left untreated - it could effect your sperm count and that sort of thing.

My doctor asked me about 2 questions - knew what it was right away, he felt behind my scotum and gave me the Rx. quick and easy

they are feeling ok now. im gonna jack off to see if im cumming alright so hpoefully all is ok, i do have very sensitive balls, and the if i keep messing with them the ake for days but they feel normal now
