Porn is allowed yes. You just cant post anything illegal which is just common sense. There is no fee at all. I just weed my blog alot by removing old pics etc. Some blogs that I click on take forever to load as they have too much stuff on them.
There is a limit on what can be put on with band width etc. Thats why next week Im meeting with a few web designers on making my own blog site. I just do it for fun and I also enjoy writing.

I have no clue. Thats why I'm meeting with people that can answer that kind of stuff for me. I just enjoy writing alot and need more space.
