Hi,

first of all, i'm pretty pleased with my body.
I'm not a sporty guy and I eat to much. And sometimes I like to eat the wrong stuff and be drinking to much beer.
The only sport I do is to ride a bicycle.

I started and do occationally bodyweight exercices to get a bit more muscles. But it takes its time.

When I look at my body I want to have more muscular arms.
But I do not neglect the core muscles because of my nine to five job.

Or do you have any suggestions?

You have a good frame with generally good proportions. For someone who doesn't work out, you look good.

Suggestion?

Because you're 29, you should add some resistance exercises for upper body strength and some more aerobic exercise to keep your middle under control.

Once you hit your 30s, it will become more difficult to avoid adding pounds around your waistline/belly. So, this would be a good time to work your abdominals for tone and to do more exercise to trim some of the abdominal fat.

Your body is actually very similar to another JUB member, to give you an idea of what it would look like with some trimming and weight work:

You should commit yourself to working out with weights at least three times several times a week. Perhaps find a buddy to work out with. it is more fun and you will each be more disciplined, because of your commitment to the other. I pay a young bodybuilder (straight) to work out with me, not as a trainer, but more like a partner.

Thx, very inspirational.

Yes, that would be the best way.
But it is not possible for me the to commit myself to 3 times of workout at a specific time every week.
Due to work, several hobbies and girlfriend, I have very little time, and have to be flexible in my workout.

Some guys work out with their girlfriends.

Good point.
But she doesn't work out like that. She is more into yoga and zumba, which is good for her health and agility ;-) but not the sport I like or need.
On the other hand, when we are together we participate in an other more intimate sportive activity :-P

I do see couples where one person attends an exercise class at the gym while the other does treadmill or lifts weights. It gets both of you to the gym and it allows both of you to do something for yourself without feeling like you're neglecting the other person.

Working out with a girl can actually increase you testosterone levels significantly, increasing your strength and possibly muscle growth.
