Just look in the Health Supplements section of any supermarket or pharmacy (where you find bottles of vitamin tablets, iron tablets, ginseng, herbal concoctions etc etc).
They're easily obtainable (no prescription required) and there are no adverse side effects if you follow the recommended daily dosage. I actually take twice the recommended daily dosage (and have done so for several years) and have never experienced any adverse reaction.

There's been no noticeable change in the amount of cum I produce when I ejaculate, but it's definitely much thicker and 'creamier' now.
