My emails won't come up

My emails start to come up but don't finish and I can't open them, delete them, or page down to see the rest, but my sister is able to bring up my emails on her computer. I talked to the Geek Squad at Best Buy and they remotely worked on my computer and told me it is my service, AT&T. I talked to AT&T today and they said it is my computer and I should get everything cleared off and reloaded. I'm not sure what I am doing tomorrow.
 
I bought a new laptop computer and will be taking this one in to get my files loaded onto the new one. I will be off-line for the next two days.
