Good old-fashioned Vim!

I've always liked Vim powder, how about you?

Not that I've ever used it, but the mere fact that it's a powder...

What's your favorite cleaning agent?
(It doesn't actually have to clean well)

P.S.:

Just found out that painter Francis Bacon used it to clean his teeth.

Favorite cleaning product... SO many to choose from....

I like anti-bacterial Windex. Smells lemony, kills germs, leaves windows and countertops shiny and clean.

I also like various brands of orange oil for my wood furniture...

Well. . .

I'm REALLY excited to try out my new glass/mirror cleaner SPRAYWAY...

I'm carrying a FULL TRUCKLOAD of it -- and they gave me 4 free cans (about 3 years worth -- lol)...

They said it was ranked second best by Consumer Reports...

:):):)

hard to choose between rubbing alcohol (for keyboards, phones, etc)
and murphy's oil soap for wood

i'll go with murphy's FTW cos it smells so nice and is less caustic

I love my Pinesol...and bleach....:D

*giggle*

vim is an editor on Linux -- it stands for "vi Improved". I like to edit with it.

For cleaners -- my fav is Windex. I use it on all kinds of things, not just windows. No bleach, either, which is good because my cleaning lady spills things and bleach isn't good when spilled on the upholstery. :help:

i've been on a baking soda and vinegar kick the past few years... it's been doing pretty good, too.

Well, back when I could afford a cleaning lady, she had this thing for white vinegar and baking soda. She cleaned every damned thing with it, from the tub to the floors to the windows...

I swear, the house just sparkled.

The slight odor left reminded me of the night before Easter when my Mom used to boil eggs for coloring with vinegar in the water, but I didn't care... I could see my reflection in the bathroom sink, for God's sake...

I'm still not sure how she did it. (*S*)

So chemical, I can spray my whole bathroom with it and after five minutes, I just wipe and all the hard-to-clean dirt is gone.

Apparently Sanosil is an effective disinfectant against swine flu bacterias.

I dunno cleaning powders but MR CLEAN MAGIC ERASERS ARE AMAZING

I love those magic erasers! I cleaned the walls of my parents' condo with them so they didn't have to repaint it before the new tenants moved in.

Bon Ami is also great for cleaning.

For tough stains, I use Dawn and hydrogen peroxide. It gets off wine, ketchup, and blood almost instantly.

Ooo ! Good tip, I've never heard of that...

I DO keep hearing about how wonderful those magic erasers are, I'll have to try them...
