my first date in 5 years

awww, you guys are so sweet.

it almost melts my icy heart. :badgrin:

i lack the experience to know whether or not it was a good date, so i dunno.

but the dinner lasted three hours (that's 'cuz he was easy on the eyes); we discussed our backgrounds and he laughed at my lames jokes (which always gets brownie points with me).

dats it... literally. when dinner ended, we shook hands and went our separate ways.

Well that's a good date. Definitely.

You had a good time, enjoyed being with him, and left on good terms. Imagine if you had a couple of those every week how nice it would be. Maybe its time to get out more. :)
 
well that's a decent date. i mean if it had been a 30 minute supper then that might not have been indicative of one...but i think 3 hours together talking is pretty damn good!

strangely, enough, i got a call back earlier today about the possibility of another rendezvous

i should give the old prince of darkness a call and see if he needs to borrow one of my coats... i'm sure he could use one, along with many space heaters. ;)

i love going out.

the problem isn't that i don't like to go out; it's just that i can never convince/bribe/guilt/blackmail anyone to go out along with me.
