my first weekly report

everyone is saying you're doing good...there must be some bad guy to push you more right =P
 
im not making excuses BUT i have problem with my handphone cam. just got it back from repair. next update this weekend : )
 
i have nothing much to show for this week as i did not do ANY exercise... in the gym and on the track i mean... have to start all over again this coming week...

well, here goes...

anyway kenny, you made me feel that i have to answer to someone if i dont progress. thats great! it will keep me off my lazy ass.

and when you're gonna come over ler???Think I been very very busy especially this whole month...I don't have much time even during weekends...
Maybe you'd wanna come over early October before my exam??
 
a friend told me that it looks like age is catching up with me (turning 30 next year) and that the state of my body is now going downhill. well, i hated the sound of it and told them to give me 2 months to prove that i can get back a lean muscular bod (with age comes denial) not BIG muscular but just lean toned muscular. i decided to do lots of running and hit the gym often. i been reading abt vegetarianism and thought of being one as well.

anyway, here is the current state. i thought i will do a weekly update in this thread.

any advice?

First of all whatever you do with ur body do it for yourself and not to prove anything.

If u are really going to work it up then I support you. But either way ur hawt enough. ;)

Don't see why your complaining. Your friend is obviously jealous over your body.

You look hot as is. If you wanna work out and tone it up some then by all means go for it, but do it just for yourself
