The last couple of days, every time I go outside I have to be careful where I walk because there are baby frogs everywhere. The little guys aren't more than an inch long -it's easy to miss them unless they move. There's hundreds -if not thousands- of them out there.

Frogs! :luv2:

It's the second plague of Egypt all over again. Hopefully for your sake you won't encounter the other six.

They must be little rain frogs. Do they have little suction cups on their feet?

no fair, all we get is slugs :(

probably a good thing, my rabbits like playing with frogs & toads hehe not so fun for the frogs though

Hoody, that's the cutest frog I've seen!!

New pet??

We have hundreds of tiny toads at my parents' house. My daughter's crazy about them. They like to lay in the gardens and poke their heads up out of the dirt.

Loved the "2010" reference in the thread title...that's one of my favorite lines, and I often borrow it for similar uses, i.e. whenever there's an absolutely amazing amount of something.

Hoddy, that little thing looks deliciou...I mean, adorable ;)

Unfortunately, no, not a pet, just a pic I found on Google. I'd love to keep tiny little tree frogs as pets but it would be an awful hassle breeding fruitflys for them to feed upon.

How cute.

I used to run into frogs at night at one of the houses I worked at. Not expecting to see them they scared me. I was afraid i would step on one since the lighting was very poor.

I have a goldfish pond in my backyard, and every spring, the toads show up to mate in there.....soon after I have to be really careful where I step. There are soon some little brown toads hopping around all over the place. :luv:
